We are hiring immediately for a full-time LOCATION COORDINATOR position. The successful candidate will ensure successful delivery of all services for meetings and conferences, coordinating with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
Requirements
- Prior administrative or location coordinator experience is preferred
- Liaisons with customers, vendors, and staff for event operations
- Coordinates with janitorial and facility staff
- Facilitates work order escalations with vendors, clients, and coworkers
- Creates and maintains conference room database
- Coordinates receiving, storage, and delivery of materials from speakers, exhibitors, meeting planners, and delivery companies
