Quantum North America is a leading design-build firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Installation, and Energy Engineering solutions. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Project Estimator to develop accurate job cost proposals and clearly defined scopes of work for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

Requirements

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to define scope and estimating requirements.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing HVAC systems and gather accurate data for proposals.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Prepare, submit, and manage competitive bid proposals aligned with project specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on project needs, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance.
• Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases, pricing, and historical cost information.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials to maintain accurate and competitive estimates.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and construction kick-off meetings to support project planning and client communication.
• Assist project managers with change management, schedule development, procurement coordination, and cost control.
• Resolve project-related issues in a timely manner to support efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
