MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Quantum North America is a leading design-build firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Installation, and Energy Engineering solutions. We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical service and construction operations across a designated region.

Requirements

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for assigned construction and service projects
• Manage job cost reports, budgets, and schedules; track and forecast project progress and expenses
• Represent the company in client and project meetings
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department within the assigned region
• Lead and manage mechanical operations within the assigned geographic region
• Supervise and support office administrators in handling project documentation, billing, and scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring open communication and customer satisfaction
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within both service and construction sectors
