Job Description
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to strengthen our direct relationships with existing clients by fostering meaningful, ongoing engagement through in-person and virtual events. The role focuses on creating opportunities for connection, collaboration, and shared learning across the Compass client community.
Requirements
- Experience in event management, community engagement or marketing communications
- Proven success in delivering engaging in-person and virtual client experiences
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Zoom and Monday.com
- Confident public communicator with a creative approach to engagement
