Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist – Tier 2 (Client) to join our Support team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for filesystem and virtualization backups across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client/system support or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS internals (file systems, networking, services) and Storage Systems (SAN/NAS)
- Expertise in at least one hypervisor (Cloud or On-prem) regarding backups, recovery, and administration
