Director of Human Resources & Administration (on-site role)

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Administration to lead and develop the HR & Administration Team, revise and create all people practices, and serve as a coach to managers and staff.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience leading the HR department
• BA in Business Administration, HR, or related area
• Experience working with multicultural teams
• Ability to lift or move at least 25lbs
