Program Specialist - TOPS

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a Program Specialist - TOPS to provide education, leadership development, and workforce development services to San Francisco youth and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two years of experience working with youth, preferably within youth workforce development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or currently pursuing a degree with relevant experience)
• Two years of experience working with youth, preferably within youth workforce development programs
• Bilingual in English AND Cantonese/Mandarin is REQUIRED
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for promoting academic achievement and college-to-career education
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Able to lift or move at least 25lbs
