This role is for an energetic Basketball Development Coach at a large, rapidly growing youth sports organization in Toronto, Ontario. Requirements
- Deliver up to 15 hours of basketball coaching per week.
- Plan and execute additional training sessions.
- Provide individualized feedback to players.
- Assist in player recruitment.
- Design and implement training programs.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff.
- Schedule training sessions and tournaments.
- Track player progress.
- Develop initiative to increase participation.
