Job Description
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) needed for ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, KY. The CNO will provide day-to-day operations of clinical services, promote quality nursing care, and oversee nursing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited university program.
- Master's Degree in a Healthcare related field or enrolled and progressing toward a Master's Degree required.
- Must possess and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of assigned hospital's location.
- A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a LTAC or acute care setting is required.
- LTACH experience highly desirable.
- Critical care experience is preferred.
