Job Description
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Carolinas ContinueCare Hospital at Pineville in Charlotte, NC, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical services within the 40-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). This role involves managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting quality care, and supporting a team approach to patient care. The CNO will be supervising clinical staff and maintaining compliance with national and regional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from an accredited university program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a LTACH or acute care setting.
- Experience managing people and building a team.
- Proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
