Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the instruction of the next generation of Veterinary Assistants! This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with benefits. The successful candidate will teach students, counsel students, develop curriculum, and assess student progress.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from a Veterinary Assistant and or Technology program with a minimum of three years in the Veterinary field.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, above average computer skills, ability to establish and maintain veterinary clinic and hospital relations.
- Proven coaching and development skills, including demonstrated ability to support and teach.
- Experience in adult education, development and program.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, written and verbal.
- Resilience, resourcefulness and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and dedication to excellence in career college education.
- Ability to model the CARES philosophy and core values with courage, teamwork, perseverance, and vision.
