Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and certified Workstation Engineer to join our team. The engineer will provide Tier 3 support for our enterprise workstation environment, with a focus on AVD, SCCM, Intune, GPO, and Azure infrastructure.
Requirements
- Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for workstation-related escalations
- Manage and optimize AVD host pools, session hosts, and VM images
- Configure and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles, Azure AD integration, Group Policies, and MSIX app attach
- Support SCCM and Intune for software deployment, patching, compliance, and endpoint configuration
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues involving proxy, firewall, VPN, and network routing
- Lead or assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstation infrastructure in Azure
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for support processes
- Participate in change management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
