Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with extensive and advanced desktop experience to provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience.
Requirements
- Advanced desktop support experience
- Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems
- Strong networking skills- IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access point
