Common Room is seeking a Content and Customer Marketing Manager to elevate our brand through compelling narratives, customer stories, and innovative content across multiple mediums.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content marketing, brand marketing, or creative roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating innovative content and campaigns that made an impact
- Proven ability to create compelling customer stories across multiple formats
- Video content experience (scripting, creative direction, managing production)
- Experience managing freelancers and external creative partners
- Track record of using AI to enhance and scale creative work
