Job Description
CommerceIQ is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their People & Culture team. This role focuses on providing hands-on HR support to assigned business units and leaders, partnering with managers to deliver core HR programs, ensuring consistent policy application, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The position requires a strong HR foundation and a readiness to expand into business-partnering and tactical execution. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to both HR operations and business partnering.
- Familiarity with multi-region HR practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
