Senior HR Generalist

Libra Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role involves employee relations, employee experience, and performance management, ensuring HR programs are executed consistently and aligned with company values. The Senior HR Generalist will also serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, interpreting data to drive process improvement and building employee-facing resources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR program execution
• Proven ability to work independently and build strong partnerships
• Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and resourceful with analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable with data, tools, and HRIS platforms
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
