Financial Analyst, Development

We are seeking a Financial Analyst, Development to join our Calgary team. This role provides analytical and financial support to the Development group on a variety of real estate projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in real estate development, investment analysis, or asset management
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in real estate underwriting, valuation, and discounted cash flow analysis
• Proficiency in Argus, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
