Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join their team based in SW Ontario. The successful candidate will lead major capital building and infrastructure projects, developing strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of project management experience
- University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management
- Project Management Professional designation (PMP)
- Experience working with public sector clients (asset)
- Deep knowledge of design and construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management
- Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and experience working in a PMO environment
- Effective client management and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Project, Word, and Excel
