College Counselor & Advisor

College Counselor & Advisor will facilitate College Track's LEAD curriculum and college readiness programming, providing individualized college advising to a caseload of scholars and co-creating an integrated, scholar-centered experience.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with first-generation college-bound students
• Facilitation skills and the ability to use culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals
• Experience tracking and analyzing data to refine strategies and strengthen scholar support
