Workday HCM Principal Consultant (Global Delivery Center)

Workday HCM Principal Consultant will work with business and technical teams, providing support to Implementation projects, CVS, and AMS enhancements across different regions. Key responsibilities include executing project activities, providing subject matter expertise, and mentoring other consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Active Workday Certification – HCM Core
• Strong Workday Implementation experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong consulting and presentation skills
• Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
