Workday HCM Consultant (Global Delivery Center)

We are seeking a thought leader in Workday HCM space to work with clients in all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions.

Requirements

• Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Leverage expertise to recommend the best solution based on client's requirements, budget, and time-frame
• Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction
• Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production clients
• Coordinate with project teams to align development with client design decisions
• Provide status updates to the client, project team, and management on a regular basis
• Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
