Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer support
- Familiarity with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Intermediate skills in customer service knowledge/skill set
- Ability to manage conflict and diffuse situations
- Intermediate skills in planning/organizing, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
