Requirements
- Serve as the primary HR partner and provide strategic HR support to senior leaders
- Develop and implement talent strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and organizational capability
- Translate business strategies into integrated people plans
- Collaborate across regional HRBPs, COEs, and Shared Services to align global HR programs
- Lead core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, and employee engagement
- Drive change management initiatives to support transformation and innovation
- Proactively manage employee relations and ensure compliance with global employment laws and internal policies
