Manager or Senior Manager, M&A Tax

As a Manager in our M&A Tax practice, you'll work on deals that move the needle, partner with clients, and build trusted-advisor relationships while tackling complex M&A tax matters. You'll lead, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-growing practice that values initiative, technical curiosity, and smart problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in public accounting
• Prior experience supporting M&A Tax engagements
• CPA or JD strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
