Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Medication Technicians (CMAs) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents. The role involves assisting with medication administration, activities of daily living, and promoting resident well-being in a supportive team environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state medication administration license (CNA, CMA, CMT, or QMAP)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and integrity
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude and commitment to resident dignity and respect
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
