Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) to provide direct care to residents. The role involves assisting with medication administration, activities of daily living, and promoting resident comfort and safety within a supportive team environment. The company values human focus, creativity, and excellence in all areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state medication administration license (or meet state requirements).
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting.
- Experience with memory care and/or formal training is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
