Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and successful Business Developer with a proven track record of generating leads for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT industry network, excellent sales skills, and in-depth knowledge of enterprise solutions. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and managing client relationships, creating sales presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or software development.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
