Human Resources Advisor (Term)

Dauphin Consumers Co-op is recruiting for two Human Resources Advisors (12-18 month terms) in Dauphin, MB. The HR Advisor will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and more.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset
