Human Resources Advisor (1-year term) - Red River Co-op

The Human Resources Advisor will support the entire facet of HR, with a particular focus on Employee & Labour Relations, Investigations & Compliance, Learning and Development, and Employee Experience and Culture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in multiple functional areas of HR, especially in labour relations
• Experience handling complex employee issues with skill and tact
• Strong written / verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
• A proactive, relationship-focused approach to human resources
• Demonstrated self-reliance and the ability to independently manage tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong alignment with our employee values of integrity, teamwork, caring, excellence, and accountability in your approach to work
• CPHR designation or equivalent experience
