Requirements
- Extensive experience in multiple functional areas of HR, especially in labour relations
- Experience handling complex employee issues with skill and tact
- Strong written / verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
- A proactive, relationship-focused approach to human resources
- Demonstrated self-reliance and the ability to independently manage tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong alignment with our employee values of integrity, teamwork, caring, excellence, and accountability in your approach to work
- CPHR designation or equivalent experience
