Job Description
CMiC is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist to support ERP implementation and drive user adoption. The role involves assessing change impacts, developing and executing change management plans, and leading communication to foster adoption of new systems. This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
Requirements
- Able to travel to the US for work purposes without restrictions
- Weekly in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proven experience leading change management for software or ERP implementations
