The Instructional Design Manager will work within the Learning & Development team to provide a suite of internal and external training of the CMiC product and modules. The role involves coordinating and managing instructional design and media staff to scope, develop, and deliver training materials and courses.
Requirements
- Knowledge of education and adult learning is a must.
- Experience working with vendors is an asset.
- Experience working in Articulate 360, both Storyline and Rise.
- Experience with graphic design work is a must
- Strong knowledge and experience with CMiC is an asset.
- Experience with Docebo or similar Learning Management System is an asset.
- Experience creating SCORM files or other e-learning content is a must.
- Link to portfolio or any relevant work samples is a must
