Job Description
Design and develop technical training materials for online and classroom training courses, with a focus on video-based e-learning courses and certifications. Develop content using various software tools and drive overall learning design approach to ensure learning occurs.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,… )
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in one of the following technical positions: Technical instructional designer, Technical trainer/instructor, Automation Software Test Engineer/QA
- Strong IT skills, including object oriented programming skills and strong working knowledge of C#
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Strong intercultural competence
