Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead to lead and oversee warehouse floor employees in their daily job functions, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Identifying and resolving problems and articulating the problem and outcome to the management team
- Understanding, influencing and overseeing the achievement of Operational KPIs for your team
- Proactively coordinating actions that will ensure operations are efficient and meeting requirements
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Troubleshooting scanner issues
- Providing coaching and motivation to fellow team members and providing support with their jobs as required
