Job Description
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Carrier and Partner Management Administrator to coordinate the activities of the Transborder department to ensure fast, courteous and efficient customer experience while maintaining a competitive cost structure for both SDV Logistics and our clients.
Requirements
- Diploma in professional studies or equivalent
- Experience required in transport (0-2 years in customer service)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
