CEVA Logistics is looking for an experienced leader to manage daily Outbound/Inbound operations, ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and lead operational teams in a multi-shift operation. Requirements
- Completed vocational training or studies in logistics, business administration, or comparable
- At least 3 years of experience in operational leadership of warehouse/shipping processes with management responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce logistics, personnel management, and KPI management
- Experience with SAP R3, WMS/ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel
- Personal aptitude for leading employees, independent thinking, and decision-making ability
- Hands-on mentality, team ability, flexibility, and organizational talent
- Shredder's certificate of advantage
- Very good English skills, German skills in writing and speaking
