We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee all operational areas, including inbound and outbound logistics, planning, and customer satisfaction, at our location in Lich, Germany. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in operational management, proven leadership skills, and fundamental knowledge in e-commerce logistics and process management.

Requirements

• Completed studies in logistics, business administration, or engineering
• Several years of experience in operational management of large logistics locations
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams with over 500 employees
• Fundamental knowledge in e-commerce logistics, process management, and operational excellence
• Experience with KPI management, Lean methods, and change management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills at all levels
• Very good German and English language skills
