Membership Coordinator

Invited is a dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the membership team in achieving its membership growth goals. The successful candidate will assist with membership recruitment, maintain the membership database, and provide administrative support to the Membership Director and Manager. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, sales, hospitality, service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
