Director of Product

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead our product organization and drive innovation, speed, and evidence in solving high-impact problems and building impactful solutions for our customers and business.

Requirements

• Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Operations
• Act as the primary strategic force for the executive team
• Own the tactical translation of strategy into a coherent, high-velocity roadmap
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, definitive decisions
• Partner with the Director of Engineering to lead the R&D organization
• Manage capacity and trade-offs between new feature discovery, technical debt, and maintenance
