Job Description
The Director of Product will lead the product organization to move with conviction, speed, and evidence, responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Operations to ensure high-impact problems are solved and the leanest, most impactful solutions are built for customers and the business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent experience
- Strong background in Product-Engineering Partnership and Agile methodologies
- Experience in driving efficiency through an AI-First approach and embracing SVPG style experimentation and pragmatic execution
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in product discovery and validation, with a focus on user insights and market data
