Job Description
CloudLinux is seeking a Developer Experience (DX) Enablement Manager to optimize their development lifecycle. This role focuses on AI integration, workflow standardization, and fostering a culture of best practices. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive communicators, and collaborative problem-solvers, with a focus on empowering engineers through tooling and learning.
Requirements
- A proven track record of designing and implementing programs to improve engineering workflows.
- Comfortable writing code and discussing the challenges of integrating new technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of open-source development.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence without authority.
- Adept at creating assessments, analyzing data, and using insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
