Job Description
CloudLinux is seeking a Developer Experience (DX) Enablement Manager to optimize their development lifecycle. The role focuses on enhancing developer workflows with AI-powered tools, formalizing best practices, and championing standardization. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of technology and human-centered design, ensuring engineers are productive and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and implementing programs to improve engineering workflows.
- Comfortable writing code and discussing the challenges of integrating new technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, coupled with experience with open-source development and methodologies.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Adept at creating assessments of metrics, analyzing usage data, and informing strategy.
- Proactive communication and ability to build awareness of new processes.
- Data-Driven thinking with a focus on using insights to improve performance.
