Contract Negotiator, Procurement

Cloudflare is seeking a Contract Negotiator to support the end-to-end contracting process, including contract negotiations, management, administration, and supplier relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal experience preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations
• Ability to assess risk, identify creative solutions, and provide sound business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
