Job Description
Databricks is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Negotiator to join their GTM and Partners Legal team. This role involves negotiating vendor agreements for a variety of products, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams. The position supports Databricks' rapid growth and ensures the scalability and stability of its global infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of in-house experience (preferably in a tech company)
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation across SaaS, software, hardware, and services
- Familiarity with data protection/privacy and security
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
