Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking an Associate to join the team to support project development and deal structuring of blended finance transactions for health. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional Excel modelling skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong coordination abilities to manage complex technical workstreams across countries and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or development finance).
- Demonstrated ownership of complex Excel-based modelling work, ideally with experience in financial modelling of project finance transactions.
