Associate - Health Financing

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low- and middle-income countries. We are seeking an Associate - Health Financing based in Nairobi, Kenya to support the design and implementation of analytical and strategic initiatives aimed at improving health financing systems, resource mobilization and allocation.

Requirements

• Support the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders in advancing health financing reforms
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform resource mobilization, allocation, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement costed strategic and operational plans, health accounts, investment cases, and financing strategies
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government counterparts, development partners, and other stakeholders
• Support capacity building of government counterparts in health financing, financial management, and use of data for decision-making
