Job Description
This Executive Assistant role supports the CEO, handling administrative tasks, executive communication, project management, and calendaring. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills. They will be the key liaison between the CEO and the company, ensuring the CEO's time is free for strategic work and business development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience supporting a C-level executive or business owner.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Laptop with high speed internet access (Windows preferred).
