Job Description
This Executive Assistant position reports directly to the CEO, serving as a liaison between the client company and the CEO. The role involves managing schedules, executing tasks, and providing administrative support, with a focus on efficiency and clear communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, seeking the satisfaction of a challenging and intellectually stimulating position.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or business owner
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Laptop with high speed internet access
