Customer Success Agent France - M/F/NB (Internship - Barcelona)

Join our team at Click&Boat, the leading European boat rental platform, and become a Customer Success Agent intern. You will be the first point of contact for Click&Boat's users, handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and improving user experience. As a motivated and proactive candidate, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience with different types of clients and situations.

Requirements

• Be native or bilingual in French and speak fluently English
• Have customer-facing experience (e.g., internship, volunteer work, or student job)
• Enjoy helping others and find satisfaction in solving problems
• Be comfortable with difficult conversations and stay calm under pressure
• Respect working hours without difficulty, especially during the summer season
• Pay attention to small details that make a big difference in customer experience
• Have situational awareness and concise communication skills
• Have an interest in boating (a bonus!)
