Customer Success Agent Spain- M/F/NB (Internship - Barcelona)

Join our team at Click&Boat, the leading European boat rental platform, as a Customer Success Agent intern. You will be the first point of contact for users via email and phone, handling inquiries before, during, and after boat rentals. You will facilitate communication, manage booking modifications, and handle urgent cases.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual in Spanish
• Fluent English speaker
• Customer-facing experience (e.g., internship, volunteer work, or student job)
