Human Resources Advisor

Clearbridge is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to execute existing people programs across the employee lifecycle. The role involves running onboarding, performance reviews, employee development, engagement activities, and offboarding, as well as providing day-to-day support to employees and managers. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of HR experience and be comfortable working independently with guidance.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of HR, People Ops, or People & Culture experience
• Experience executing HR programs consistently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with guidance
